“I am a real estate investor with a number of residential and commercial properties and have used this company for hvac maintenance and two complete installations in 2020.One was a heat/ ac residential replacement I needed on short notice with a new tenant as summer was heating up and Total Mechanical Solutions/ Colton Coons really saved the day with a prompt, professional and competitively priced replacement. They were great with my tenants,completed the project on time and left me without a mess!
